The Hawksbill Sea Turtle is a critically endangered sea turtle, named after its distinct pointy, curved beak and colorful shell. Its shell, or carapace, is slightly heart-shaped and covered in thick, overlapping scales. Mainly found in tropical waters, they primarily feed on sponges.
